TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, GET SCREENED FOR BREAST CANCER.
Women age 40 and older should receive a mammography screening each year. We also recommend that women have at least one baseline mammography screening between the age of 35 and 40. So, if it’s time for you to get a mammogram, make an appointment today. Early detection helps save lives.

Our goal is to make mammography screening accessible for every woman in our region who should receive this important diagnostic test.

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IMPROVES CANCER DETECTION
Studies have shown that digital mammography, which uses a computer rather than conventional film images, helps radiologists better detect breast cancer among some women. These include women with dense breast tissue and younger women. The AMI Foundation is pleased to offer state-of-the-art digital mammography services in our mobile van.
